Yoga makes you fart. No, really…it does. (Yeah, I said it.)
But do you know why?
You are stretching and utilizing muscles in your abdomen that you might not normally use. In turn, your digestive system gets a little kick start and pushes out the air that has been trapped inside. Honestly, it’s kind of amazing to know that just one session of yoga can have that much of an impact on your digestive system. One session!!! Can you imagine the benefits your body reaps by doing yoga once or twice a week?
I am honestly addicted to Bikram yoga. The hot room, the moments where I have to will my mind and body to be still and present…it really is just an amazing workout. Farts included. Try it. Give yourself 90 minutes once a week and do it.

Can you believe after this blog post Dina actually wants me to take the class with her? HOLY HELL –WHAT? Tempting, oh so tempting Dina, but……….….
Nah! just kidding, I’m not afraid! This Friday somewhere around 9am, it’s on, or should we say “out”. I’ve always been interested in Bikram and when opportunities come up you should always grab them. Happy Farting!
